Q1:	1. Has AISD been provided with any special pricing from the manufacturers, such as the “HP Big Deal” program? 2. Will the current contract prices or last year contract/tab sheet be available to review? 3. Can AISD approximate how many desktop deliveries are made per month to the CAC location?
A:	1. AISD is not benefiting from the HP Big Deal Program, or any other manufacturer provided deviated pricing program. 2. There is no bid tabulation with set pricing. We have multiple sources of vendors that provide toner - and the pricing can fluctuate. Current contract pricing will not be available and we are declining to post this data. 3. This is not tracked so there is no way to determine the number of desktop deliveries at the CAC location. All locations, including the CAC, order as-needed.

Q2:	If we cannot provide desktop delivery, will this be an issue?
A:	Yes. As stated in Section 1.c under Bid Requirements, Desktop Delivery is a requirement for the CAC location only.
